Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled onsite Maintenance Tech to join SVN - Toomey Property Advisors in Pensacola, FL. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing properties to ensure they are in top condition for our clients and tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on properties, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Conduct repairs as needed, including fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, and troubleshooting issues
- Coordinate with property managers and tenants to schedule maintenance and repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
