What You'll DoAdministrative Tasks
- Draft, edit, and file deal-related documents
- Manage transaction coordination
- Answer and return calls, manage voicemails
- Schedule sign installations per broker requests
- Organize meetings, office functions, and events
- Perform research and assist with special projects
- Maintain office cleanliness and supply inventory
- Open and close the office daily
- Greet guests and assist walk-ins
- Create/update flyers, brochures, tour books, maps, mailers, and more using company templates
- Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Send out email campaigns using Mailchimp, CDX, and Crexi
- Manage listings on platforms like Buildout, CoStar/LoopNet, and Crexi
- Ensure consistent branding and marketing presence across all channels
Required
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Social Media Management Experience
- College Degree
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Graphic design experience
- Arizona real estate license
- Commercial real estate industry experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Salary : $20 - $22
