Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in person through community outreach at their residence face-to-face about Quantum Fiber telecommunications internet and wireless services
- Help launch and manage direct sales and marketing campaigns for Quantum Fiber services
- Provide clear, accurate information about service offerings and promotions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by answering questions and resolving concerns
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and maintain brand consistency
- Stay up to date on market trends, product updates, and competitive activity
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- A natural people person with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Team-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
