Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and proficiency in 3D CAD software (preferably SolidWorks).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and cross-functional experience working with production, sales, quality, and purchasing.
- Proficiency in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) of welded structures, machined components, and assembly processes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in computer aided engineering analysis (e.g. FEA, virtual validation, etc.).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hydraulic and/or pneumatic system design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate cross-functionally.
