What you’ll do
• Design and build AI-driven features within Learner Mobile and related platforms
• Implement scalable backend services that integrate LLMs, search, automation, and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Contribute to AI orchestration patterns, prompt flows, evaluation, and monitoring
• Partner closely with product and leadership to turn ideas into production systems
• Write clean, maintainable code and help set quality standards across the team
• Mentor other engineers and raise the overall technical bar
• Balance speed, reliability, security, and cost as AI capabilities scale
• Actively reduce technical debt while enabling fast iteration
What we’re looking for
• 2 years of professional software development experience
• Strong backend experience with modern stacks such as C#, .NET, Node.js, Python or similar
• Experience building and maintaining distributed systems and APIs
• Hands-on experience integrating AI or LLM capabilities into real applications
• Cloud experience, Azure preferred
• Ability to move from concept to shipped feature without heavy oversight
• Strong communication skills and a bias toward ownership
