Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive shop equipment product components using hand tools, mechanical knowledge, and assembly procedures to ensure precise and efficient completion of tasks
- Prepare kits by organizing, labeling, and verifying parts according to specifications, adhering to packaging standards and manufacturing protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the production area
- Follow all safety guidelines to maintain compliance during assembly processes
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products, identifying and addressing any defects or discrepancies promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly activities, inventory levels, and kit completion records
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while upholding safety standards
Requirements
- Clean background
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or assembly environments preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate kit preparation and documentation
- Experience with packaging processes and warehouse procedures is desirable
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
