Our Sunnyvale location is searching for Front Office Assistant to work with other staffs. The ideal candidate is a clear and effective communicator who feels comfortable talking with kids and parents, has good Excel skills, and is an independent worker.
Qualifications:
Must live in the Bay Area and be able to commute to Sunnyvale.
Excellent verbal and written skills. A strong work ethic.
Customer service experience.
Experience with MailChimp, Google Drive or Excel, and Google Calendar.
Experience with social media: Posting images on the school website, Facebook and Instagram.
Create some simple posters for events.
Job Duties: Answering Phones. Replying emails. Registering Clients. Scheduling Clients. Selling a small amount of retail. Minimal office cleaning (taking out trash, vacuuming).
Pay: From $19.55 per hour
Work Location: In person
