Role: Sr Full Stack Java Developer - W2 Role
Location: Plano, TX / Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Need 10 Years (H1B transfers are acceptable)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Build backend services to support Account Utilities – Backoffice workflows, ensuring smooth data flow to UI client apps
- Implement data ingestion pipelines using Kafka for real-time and batch processing
- Work with NoSQL databases (Cassandra) to design efficient data models and queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for scalability and resilience
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Java (8 or above)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for API development
- Solid understanding of REST API design principles
- Experience with Cassandra or other NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of Kafka for data ingestion and event-driven architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in collaborative, agile environments
