What You’ll Do
- Enter and manage client data with accuracy across multiple systems
- Prepare, format, and finalize financial documents and client deliverables
- Support tax processes, including e-filing and extensions
- Scan, organize, and maintain client records
- Assist with mailings, reports, and administrative projects
- Provide team support during peak workload periods
What You Bring
- 2 years of administrative or office experience (accounting environment a plus)
- Strong data entry and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe and QuickBooks/Xero experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism
