SV Academy is hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in the Boston, MA area to join our next cohort. We're looking for ambitious individuals with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed—not a perfect resume.

Through our unique training model, you'll gain the skills employers are looking for before transitioning into a full-time Business Development Representative role.
What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in helping companies grow by:
- Identifying and researching prospective customers
- Engaging decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Scheduling meetings for Account Executives
- Learning modern sales tools including CRM platforms and AI-powered prospecting
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to build qualified pipelines
- Developing communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A competitive mindset and desire to achieve goals
- A coachable attitude and eagerness to learn
- Resilience and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
Previous sales or technology experience is not required. We provide the training—you bring the ambition and willingness to learn.
