Role Description
This is a Full-time Hybrid role for a Dispatch Manager located in Layton, UT. The Dispatch Manager will be responsible for overseeing scheduling and dispatch operations, ensuring timely coordination between clients and care providers. Day-to-day tasks include managing service requests, communicating effectively with staff and clients, supervising dispatch personnel, and ensuring efficient operational workflows. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and resolving any service-related issues.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide dispatch personnel effectively
- Experience in Dispatching and Operations Management to coordinate schedules and ensure efficiency
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in scheduling and dispatch software is a plus
