Client Service Coordinator – Criminal Defense Department
Phoenix, AZ (In-Person) | Full-Time
Suzuki Law Offices is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and people-focused Client Service Coordinator to join our Criminal Defense Department. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experiences.
As the first point of contact for many of our potential clients, you will play a critical role in guiding individuals through their first interaction with our firm, helping them feel heard, supported, and confident about taking the next step with our attorneys.

What You’ll Do
Client Screening & Appointment Coordination
- Speaking with potential clients and screen inquiries for our Criminal Defense team
- Schedule consultations with attorneys and ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded
- Help prospective clients understand the next steps in the process
Client Experience & Quality Control
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions
- Ensure appointments, notes, and communications meet the firm’s quality standards
- Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for individuals seeking legal assistance
Lead Tracking & Follow-Up
- Track incoming leads and scheduled consultations
- Conduct outbound follow-ups to confirm appointments and maintain client engagement
- Help ensure that every potential client receives timely communication
Reporting & Marketing Support
- Assist management by providing reports and statistics related to leads and appointments
- Support the team with marketing and promotional initiatives when needed
Office & Technology Support
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Office programs, and other office technologies
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- Serve as a backup receptionist when needed
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with attorneys and staff to create a supportive and collaborative workplace
- Contribute to a positive team environment where everyone is focused on client success
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Background in client coordination, intake, customer service, or a similar role
Communication Skills: Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
Technology Skills: Intermediate proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and computer systems
Bilingual: Required (fluency in English and another language)
Team Player: Ability to work well with others and support team goals
Reliability: Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
Legal Interest: Knowledge of or interest in Criminal Defense Law is strongly preferred
