Senior Manager, Internal Communications opportunity with our client in San Jose, CA.This is a part-time at 15 hours per week contractor role with the potential to convert to a full-time position. The client will only consider local San Jose candidates for this hybrid role. Hourly rate $100-$150They are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Internal Communications who thrives on delivering strategic, company-wide messaging in support of company's priorities. This person should be excited by the opportunity to influence and impact company performance and culture through creative storytelling and dot-connecting. They should also be comfortable being employee champions, providing counsel to senior leaders within the company, driving change management and being able to connect the day-to-day to our business needs. Responsibilities:Offer strategic guidance to our leaders and cross-functional partners ensuring alignment with our overarching goals. Core partners will be our Software, Payments and Financial Services and Engineering teams. Be the teams go-to for all things product communications for our employees.Craft compelling communications that empower our leaders to convey key messages effectively, ensuring they reach the intended audiences at the optimal moments.Work collaboratively with stakeholders and leveraging influence to foster strong partnerships and drive alignment.Champion communication practices that foster an inclusive and supportive environment for our hybrid workforce.Requirements:8–10 years of corporate communications experienceEmployee/internal communications experienceExperience communicating financial technology initiatives, product launches, and feature announcementsExperience supporting company-wide strategic messagingChange management experienceExperience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teamsExperience coaching and influencing leaders on employee communicationsExperience in fast-paced, high-growth organizationsExperience with executive messaging, slide design, and narrative development.
