Are you an experienced event coordinator ready to join a high‑energy, results‑driven events team? Our client in Draper UT is seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive professional to own and execute trade show programs from start to finish.
As an Event Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life at industry events. From pre‑event planning through post‑show follow‑up, you'll manage logistics, collaborate cross‑functionally, and ensure every event is executed seamlessly.
What You'll Do
- Own assigned trade shows and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Manage end‑to‑end event logistics, including pre‑ and post‑event marketing support, on‑site setup and teardown
- Oversee trade show inventory, booth assets, and materials
- Represent the organization at trade shows and related events as needed
- Track, measure, and report on standard event marketing metrics
- Perform general administrative tasks to support team goals and objectives
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure event success
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in trade shows or event marketing
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Ownership mindset with a willingness to jump in on special projects as needed
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to deliver results on tight timelines
- Proven track record of successful event planning and execution
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Ability to work in the office two days per week
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana is a plus
