Logistics Specialist(Mandarin Speaker)

Key responsibilities

1.3PL Warehouse Management

Oversee daily operations of US third-party (3PL) warehouses, including end-to-end management of inbound and outbound processing, ensuring inventory accuracy, and proficiently operating 2B and 2C orders in multiple systems (WMS, Yicang, OA).

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, proactively identify shipment delays, and implement effective corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.

2.Logistics Exception Resolution

Lead troubleshooting for customs clearance issues, delivery exceptions, and regulatory compliance matters in the US and Canada, leveraging in-depth knowledge of local clearance and tariff policies.

Serve as a key cross-functional coordinator, acting as the primary communication bridge between China-based logistics and sales teams. Resolve urgent shipment issues efficiently and ensure the release of customs-held shipments.

Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize the import process from Finland (FI) and China (CN) to the US, as well as enhance local delivery efficiency within the US

Qualifications:

1.3-5 years of proven experience in international logistics, 3PL operations, or related fields.

2. In-depth familiarity with US local customs clearance policies and tariff

3.Fluent in both Mandarin (spoken and written) and English (native or near-native proficiency), enabling effective communication with cross-border teams.

4.Proficiency in Incoterms 2020 and HTS classification. Skilled in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and logistics management systems (WMS, Yicang, OA).

5.Willingness to work scheduled overtime (including WFH arrangements) to align with China time zones for cross-team collaboration.

6. Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset, excellent communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
