This position will aid in critical project management, specifically aiding in the achievement and continuous monitoring of AABI accreditation standards. Additionally, this position will provide general operation support for the School of Aviation.

• AABI Accreditation Standards Tracking.
• KPI dashboards, data specialist.
• Procedure and policy documents development and management (Student Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures).
• Help to develop and then oversee the Drug and Alcohol policy and testing program.
• Support Asset Management (aircraft, hangers, equipment, etc.) through supervision of Aviation Asset Utilization Manager.
• “Chief of Staff” function, project follow-up, deadline management.
• Event management and oversight (New Aviation Student Orientation, Thunder U, Convocation, etc.)..
• General Operation support and additional projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 years of Experience in higher education and/or aviation.

Position is contingent on funding.
