Water Safety & Swim Instructor
$22 to $28 per hour | Campbell, California | Part Time | Year Round
Sutton Swim School is looking for upbeat, dependable people who enjoy working with children and want to make a real difference in the water.
We are a family owned swim school with a year round indoor facility and a warm 90 degree pool. Our instructors help students of all ages become safer, more capable, and more comfortable in the water.
Previous swim teaching experience is not required. We provide paid, hands on training and give you the tools and support needed to become a confident instructor.
Our approach goes beyond helping students complete a level. You will learn how to recognize whether a swimmer truly understands a skill, can recover independently, and can use that skill in different situations. You will also learn the purpose behind each progression, not just the steps used to teach it.
As you gain experience, you may have opportunities to work in other parts of the school, including Underwater Adventure Club, parent and baby classes, deck support, front desk operations, and birthday parties.
