The Mobile Service Advisor helps coordinate mobile vehicle maintenance and repair appointments while ensuring excellent communication with customers throughout the service process.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments
- Communicate with customers regarding service needs and appointment details
- Prepare and manage repair orders
- Coordinate technician schedules and routing
- Monitor appointment flow and customer updates
- Assist with follow-up communication and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with service management, technicians, and parts personnel
- Help grow the dealership’s mobile service business
- Follow up with Service leads provided by management.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Automotive experience is helpful but not required
- Valid driver’s license required
