Job Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing routine dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions;
- Collaborating with hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care;
- Conducting patient exams, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans;
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training;
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited program;
- A valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will be working or eligibility for licensure;
- Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide certification (if required);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting oral health awareness.
