About The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the outpatient setting, including initial consultations, follow-up visits, and chronic disease management
- Assist with coordination of electrophysiology procedures and peri-procedural care
- Conduct telehealth visits and manage patient communications via the Epic platform
- Participate in clinical research activities, including patient enrollment, data collection, and coordination with research teams
- Collaborate with electrophysiologists and cardiology teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Educate patients and families on atrial fibrillation, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient experience initiatives
- Work within a specialized Atrial Fibrillation Clinic focused on innovative, patient-centered care
- Collaborate with expert electrophysiologists in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program
- Current California NP or PA license
- DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate (CSRC)
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Additional certifications as required by department
- Prior experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, or internal medicine preferred
- New graduates with a strong interest in cardiac arrhythmia care and research are encouraged to apply
