Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a part-time (0.8 FTE), certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Urgent Care.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Current California State NP or PA License
CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s
Active DEA registration

Preferred:

Minimum of 2 years related clinical experience in Emergency Medicine or high acuity Urgent Care, with a preference for 5 years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine or high acuity Urgent Care
