- This is a full-time, shareholder-track opportunity offering immediate volume, excellent support, and the ability to make a lasting impact on patient care in a collegial, physician-led environment.
- Step into a thriving practice with an established patient base and strong referral network
- Comprehensive ENT care: Opportunity to treat patients of all ages
- Trauma experience preferred: Level II trauma center exposure for adult cases
- Collaborative environment: Join a dedicated team of specialists and experienced clinicians
- Epic EHR system: Training and support provided
- Call coverage: Candidate must reside within 30 minutes of Eden Medical Center
- Competitive guaranteed base salary: $493,079 – $557,987 annually (DOE)
- Incentive opportunities available beyond base compensation
- $1,000/month residency stipend for residents who commit up to 12 months before hire
- Signing bonus and relocation allowance provided
- Shareholder eligibility after two years
