Supports services can include processing/credentialing of provider applications of the staff, attendance at designated medical staff department and committee meetings, as well as support services. Functions are performed in accordance with the Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations; The Joint Commission (TJC) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Standards; other Federal and State Regulations, such as Title 22; and Department Policies & Procedures. Job Description: EDUCATION: HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 1 year recent relevant experience. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of computer systems and their software applications, to include Microsoft Word, and Excel. Interpersonal skills necessary to represent the organization in a professional and positive manner. Ability to handle complex organizational arrangements, documentation and requests from multiple committees and/or individuals. Ability to organize, prioritize, carry out assignments and problem solve with minimal supervision Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing and listening skills.
