General Duties
- Communicate with consumers and their authorized representatives exclusively through email correspondence
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements on consumer accounts
- Review account information and respond to inquiries professionally and accurately
- Draft clear, professional, and compliant email communications
- Accurately document all account activity and negotiations within the firm's database
- Follow all applicable company policies, client requirements, and state and federal regulations (including FDCPA, Reg F, and other applicable laws)
- Manage a high-volume email queue while meeting quality and productivity expectations
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and respect in all consumer interactions
Compensation, Benefits & Other
- Base pay starts at $20/hour plus a monthly bonus based on achieving reasonable goals
- Performance reviews at 90-days and annually thereafter
- Medical and dental coverage available after 60 days of employment
- Paid time off and holiday pay begin after 90 days
