Sales Coordinator- Sales Executive -Relationship-Driven Sales & Solutions

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, becoming a trusted partner and go-to resource.
- Solve problems creatively, adapting quickly to new information, unexpected issues, and shifting demands.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of personalities—both internally and externally.
- Establish and grow rapport through excellent people skills, emotional intelligence, and a service mindset.
- Operate in the grey—making decisions and taking action in areas where rules aren’t always black and white.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with buyers, logistics, operations, and leadership to deliver solutions.

HOURS range from 3am-5am CT to 1p-3p CT. Saturdays are expected to be 1/2 days.

Many of our Sales professionals, the warriors and quick-thinking strong negotiators, are making $200k to $300k PLUS.
