Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Computer-aided cabinet design using the latest 20/20 software and product catalogs
- Work closely between customers and installers throughout the entire process
- Maintain an excellent salesfloor presentation of our products
- Be able to assist customers with questions or concerns, and guide them towards the right product(s)
- Assist with refunds, exchanges, and warranty issues
- Demonstrate a friendly and outgoing personality
- Be motivated, hardworking and honest
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Windows operating system
- Understanding of basic Kitchen Design fundamentals
