Role Description The Integrations Manager – Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is responsible for planning and executing integration activities for newly acquired organizations, ensuring a smooth transition of processes, systems, and teams into Sustainable Medical Billing’s operating model. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional integration plans, managing timelines, tracking milestones, and identifying risks or dependencies that may affect successful integration. The Integrations Manager will collaborate closely with leadership, finance, operations, IT, and client services to align workflows, consolidate technologies, and standardize reporting. This role will also support due diligence efforts, develop communication plans for internal and external stakeholders, and monitor post-integration performance to ensure integration goals are met and sustained.
Qualifications
- Experience managing integration projects related to mergers and acquisitions, including planning, execution, and post-integration review.
- Strong project management skills, including timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and risk identification and mitigation.
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle or medical billing operations, with the ability to understand and align billing workflows and processes.
- Proficiency in using business and productivity tools (e.g., project management software, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and collaboration platforms).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to present integration plans and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment and build strong working relationships across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- Prior experience in healthcare M&A, consulting, or integration management is highly beneficial.
