Production Team Member (2nd & 3rd Shift) – Paid Training | Starting at $19.85/hr

Pay & Growth Opportunities
- Training Rate: $19.85/hour
- Base Rate After Training: $20.27–$23.10/hour
- Advancement Opportunities: Earn up to nearly $28/hour as you learn additional skills and move into higher-level positions.
- Additional bonus opportunities available.
- Full-time (40 hours/week) with overtime opportunities.
What You'll Do
As a Production Team Member, you'll learn all aspects of operating our modern corrugator and its equipment. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are essential.

- Have a stable work history and strong work ethic.
- Preferably have manufacturing experience (but we are happy to train the right candidate).
- Value attendance, reliability, safety, and teamwork.
- Want to build a long-term career and continue learning new skills.

Work Environment
This is an active manufacturing position. You should expect to:
- Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe workplace
- Work on your feet throughout your shift
- Lift, move, and stay physically active.
- Work in a hot, humid, and noisy manufacturing environment, especially during the summer months.
- Work overtime and some Saturdays

Schedule
- 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift openings only
- Operations run 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, with occasional Saturdays as production requires.
