We are looking for curious, hands-on learners to join us in one of three specialized areas:
All areas include training and development and career guidance and a recommendation letter for those who complete the program. Full-time job offers will be made to qualified candidates at the end of the program
1. Full-Cycle Production Team
- The Focus: Understanding the heartbeat of the plant. You will learn the end-to-end manufacturing process, from raw material handling to final quality control.
- What You’ll Do: Operate advanced machinery, monitor production flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet high-volume targets.
- Ideal For: Individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy seeing a tangible product come to life.
2. Maintenance Mechanic (Industrial Tech)
- The Focus: The "doctors" of the facility. You will focus on the mechanical and electrical health of our industrial systems.
- What You’ll Do: Assist with preventative maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and learn the intricacies of industrial repair.

3. Manufacturing Engineering
- The Focus: Designing the future of production. This track is dedicated to optimizing workflows and implementing innovative industrial solutions.
