The Administrative Manager oversees the administrative, human resources, and technology operations of the organization. Administrative Manager responsibilities include developing and implementing policies, maintaining and improving technology platforms, managing daily operational activities, and ensuring that day-to-day office activities are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in managing Salesforce (or similar CRM), including developing custom solutions and overseeing third-party integrations
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 tools, with practical experience using SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams for collaboration and file management
- Capable of providing first-line IT support and coordinating with external providers as needed
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices and compliance, including hiring, onboarding, benefits, and policy implementation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience navigating and resolving workplace conflict
- Familiarity with nonprofit operations, including administrative systems, board support, and internal processes
- Deep commitment to sustainability, equity, and the values of mission-driven organizations
Compensation:
The starting annual salary range for this position is from $66,000 to $72,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits for first-year, regular, full-time employees (working 40hrs/week) include:
- 41 days of paid time off per year - 26 days of flexible PTO and 15 additional paid holidays
- An individual benefit of $550 per month in lieu of health insurance benefits
- A flexible work schedule

- Up to a 3% match SIMPLE IRA non-designated retirement plan
- Mileage reimbursement for travel to & from temporary duty stations
