Sustainable Comfort, Inc. is seeking a motivated Condo Management Administrative Intern to support our Condo Management team in Worcester, MA.
This internship is ideal for a student pursuing Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field who enjoys organization, communication, and working with financial information. The successful candidate will help keep projects organized, support day-to-day office operations, and assist with administrative and financial tasks that support condominium associations.
Essential Duties:
Organize condominium association records, financial documents, and electronic files.
Track deadlines, renewals, invoices, and other recurring deliverables.
Assist with accounts payable and bill processing.
Coordinate with vendors to obtain proposals, invoices, and required documentation.
Prepare homeowner communications and meeting materials.
Support the Condo Manager with administrative projects and day-to-day operations.
Recommend improvements to office organization and efficiency.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Office Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Buildium, or similar software is a plus, but not required.
