Full Charge Bookkeeper
Sussman & Associates is an entertainment CPA firm specializing in international business management, royalties, and tax planning for over 30 years. Primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Processing various types of accounts payable transactions, including setting up new vendors and inputting vendor invoices
- Processing and recording banking deposits
- Monitoring cash flow and handling bank transfers as needed
- Reconciling bank accounts for multiple entities
- Performing additional job duties/special projects as requested
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum of related experience
- Ability to supervise Assistant Bookkeepers
- Strong proven ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast paced environment
- Accurately complete tasks and assignments on time
- Ability to prioritize and manage time to meet deadlines
- Willingness and ability to comprehend and follow direct instructions
- Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 Year Accounting degree
- Music Industry experience preferred
- Datafaction experience preferred
