Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in the subject area or a closely related field (Doctorate preferred for some disciplines)
- Prior teaching experience, preferably at the college level
- Expertise in subject matter
- Strong communication and instructional skills
- Commitment to student success and fostering an inclusive learning environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with online and hybrid learning platforms such as Canvas
- Professional or industry-specific experience relevant to the teaching discipline
- Ability to teach evening classes in a remote or face-to-face classroom environment.
- Ability to use technology and interactive electronic materials to support teaching and learning, including Microsoft Suite programs.
- Ability to schedule office hours for student appointments.

The Learning Management System (LMS) that we use for is Canvas. Prior knowledge of Canvas or similar learning platform is preferred. Although not a requirement strong technical and computer proficiency is recommended.
Adjunct pay is based on $910 per credit hour.
