As a team of four, the firm’s work covers the entire range of design including:• Architecture• Interior Architecture• Extensive Construction Administration• Garden Design• Custom Cabinetry• Furniture & FurnishingsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Part-Time Social Media Associate to help us maintain our social media presence and assist our team with tasks related to our marketing efforts.As a Part-Time Social Media Associate, you’ll play a key role in editing and managing pre-selected content for our social media platforms and supporting our marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with the firm's leadership to elevate our brand and reach potential clients.Responsibilities:Take time to become familiar with our firm, work and performance expectations.Assist in maintaining a social media presence for our architectural firm across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.Assist in executing the principal’s marketing agenda, ensuring alignment with our overall firm goals.Maintain “Library of Design Ideas” for marketing purposes and client presentations.Collaborate with our internal staff to produce blog posts and digital content.Prepare, edit and optimize professional project photos for social media marketing.Requirements:Skills:Must be experienced and proficient in using social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Sked Social and Houzz.Self-motivated and good communication skill in team setting.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized with excellent time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Express).Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience:Junior-level experience in social media management or graphic Design is acceptable.Must have hands-on experience with the listed software platforms above.Work Setup:This is an in-office position that requires 1 -2 days per week at our office in Roslyn Village, NY (9am – 6pm).How to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume, a brief cover letter, and a portfolio or examples of past social media work (if available) to info@sussanlari.com.FormatAs we typically do not employ more than 8 staff members at a time you will benefit from the following:· One-on-one with our firm’s principal Sussan Lari· Our office is set up as a collaborative studio and we all work together in the same space.· Flexible Part-Time Hours: Enjoy a 1-2day-a-week work schedule.We look forward to hearing from you!
