- Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
- Monitor project budgets and manage costs effectively
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues at the project level
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources through formal processes
- Ensure quality standards and project objectives are met
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3–7 years of project or program management experience
- Strong experience managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
- PMP or Agile certification preferred
