Role Description
The Podiatry Assistant role is a full-time or part-time, on-site position located in Selinsgrove, PA. Responsibilities include assisting podiatrists with patient care, preparing examination rooms, managing medical equipment, and maintaining electronic healthcare records. The Podiatry Assistant will also handle communication with patients and contribute to the efficient operation of the medical office. Direct support in clinical treatments and administrative tasks are integral aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting and managing tasks in a Medical Office environment
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a patient-centered approach
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
