Susquehanna Valley Construction Corporation is bridging the way in Central PA for over 50 years in bridge and highway construction. We are currently looking for a self-motivated, hard-working individual who takes pride in a job well done to join our team as a Diesel Construction Mechanic. This individual would be responsible for the repair of construction equipment, fleet equipment, and vehicles. We offer a competitive wage ranging from $35/hour and higher based on experience, as well as a benefits package, including healthcare, Employee Assistance Program, Flexible Spending Account, paid holidays, paid-time-off and 401(k) contribution. Some of the job position requirements include:
· Have knowledge and experience with: hydraulic systems, gas and diesel engines, electrical systems, and drive trains.
· Diagnose and repair all company equipment at our shop and at various construction jobsites.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass and maintain a valid DOT physical.
