Susquehanna Tree Care, Bloomsburg's premiere tree care company is seeking a full-time Groundsman / Chainsaw Operator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate chainsaws and other hand tools for tree pruning, removals, and maintenance.
- Perform ground crew duties, including chipping, debris removal, and site cleanup.
- Assist aerial climbers with rigging, lowering branches, and ensuring a safe work zone.
- Inspect and maintain chainsaws, hand tools, and other equipment daily.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and site hazard awareness.
- Load and unload equipment, materials, and debris as required.
- Support job site efficiency by preparing tools, staging materials, and organizing work areas.
Required Skills:
- Chainsaw experience
- Ability to safely lift 50-70 lbs.
- Valid PA Driver's License & a clean driving/criminal record
