Position : Prep (full time or part-time)
Tasks
- Prepare basic components of each dish using predetermined recipes
- Ensure that all food prep and storage areas meet cleaning and sanitation standards
- Monitor product freshness and rotate out old products based on the restaurant schedule
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in a kitchen setting preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Must be able to handle high volume and very fast work environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour/ Compensation is negotiable based on experience
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
