Angeles debut, bringing its iconic blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian
culture to the heart of West Hollywood.
With locations in some of the world’s most dynamic cities—Las
Vegas, London, Dubai, Singapore and now L.A.—SUSHISAMBA is known for
culinary creativity, immersive design, and a high-energy atmosphere unlike any
other.
We’re on the lookout for passionate and dynamic
Line Cooks to join our opening team and to help deliver unforgettable
hospitality in a one-of-a-kind setting.
What
You’ll Do:
·
Follow
recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications in line with SUSHISAMBA
standards
·
Coordinate
the delivery of all food items within the required time standards. Demonstrating
product standards and knowledge
·
Prepare
and plate food items according to specifications and preset time limits
·
Ensure
safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
·
Communicate
any product run outs, equipment issues and service issues
·
Assist
in the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all
storage areas
What We’re Looking For:
·
Previous experience working as a Line Cook or higher
·
The ability to exert
up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently
·
The ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
·
Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
·
Full ownership of your role
·
Possession of valid Food Handler Card
·
Valid documentation
of your right to work in the U.S
