We are a fast-paced, high-volume all-you-can-eat Japanese sushi restaurant dedicated to delivering excellent food and outstanding guest experiences. We are currently hiring motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team.

Job Summary:
Front of House team members are responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. This includes providing attentive service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Servers:
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions
Bartenders:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Verify customer age and follow alcohol service laws
- Provide excellent customer service at the bar and for server tickets
Food Runners:
- Deliver food quickly and accurately to tables
- Assist servers with table maintenance and guest needs
- Ensure food presentation meets restaurant standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
Assistant Managers:
- Support daily restaurant operations and staff supervision
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Assist with scheduling, training, and team development
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor staff performance and maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience preferred (role-dependent)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- For bartenders: knowledge of drink preparation and alcohol laws
- For assistant managers: leadership experience preferred
