We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server/Bussier to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surrounding surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of all the public area including entrance, storage, bathroom, wait station, and bar station
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to foster a positive first impression
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and resetting for new guests to ensure smooth flow of service
- Support kitchen staff by handling food handling tasks and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly
- Assist with catering events or special functions as needed, providing excellent hospitality support
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of hospitality standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Experience with cleaning, bussing, and maintaining cleanliness in busy dining settings
- Knowledge of the food industry, including serving techniques and restaurant operations
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Familiarity with kitchen experience or hotel service environments is a plus
