Sushi Zushi is seeking experienced Manager for one of our locations in San Antonio, TX.
Job Duties:
- Establishes local restaurant marketing plan and implements plan using restaurant resources and marketing budget.
- Manages restaurant’s Profit & Loss to optimize profit, control cost of goods, labor, comps and controllable.
- Maintains a safe & healthy environment by establishing and enforcing sanitation standards & procedures.
- Controls inventory by establishes par levels for supplies and equipment; monitors and maintains proper inventory levels; authorizes purchase orders for supplies and equipment within budget.
- Works closely with the Facilities Team to ensure that everything within the Restaurant is working properly and communicates any concerns immediately.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to use MS Office to include Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Five to Seven years related experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
