Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
Experience
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- A passion for customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to communicate using both Spanish and English
