Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring seamless communication between the front of house and kitchen staff
- Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction from seating to departure
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties with basic math skills
- Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations
