Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personable service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using Chowbus.
- Assist in food quality control, and follow proper food handling procedures.
- Upsell food and drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, counters, server stations, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety regulations
- Support food delivery from kitchen to tables, bussing tables promptly to keep the dining area inviting.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues in serving, cleaning, and supporting overall restaurant operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service is required, high volume restaurants preferred;
- Knowledge of POS systems is a must.
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic, friendly demeanor
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Food Handling permits is required upon hiring.
- RBS certified upon hiring
- Must be 18 and older
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
