Duties

- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
- Uphold cleanliness standards in the host station and waiting areas, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Host or Hostess in a food service or restaurant setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in hospitality, hotel services, or guest relations is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
