Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, offering recommendations when necessary.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system (e.g., OpenTable).
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper sanitation and presentation standards are met.
- Manage guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests effectively.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to restaurant policies.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure all guests receive prompt service.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with culinary terminology and restaurant operations is a plus.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
