Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Restaurant GM overseoverseeing front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Lead shifts with confidence, motivating the team to maintain high standards of service and food quality.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling, product receiving, and monitoring prep levels and restaurant cleanliness.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly and professionally addressing any concerns to create a memorable dining experience.
- Assist with the training, coaching, and development of all team members.
Skills
- Proven hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Must have a flexible schedule, including availability for nights and weekends.
- 2 year restaurant manager experience required.
- Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills.
- Computer skills are very helpful, including experience with POS systems, web-based email, and basic office equipment.
