Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure freshness.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff on sushi preparation techniques and food safety practices.

Requirements
